To ensure you have access to book group fitness classes online, we recommend that members set up their account in our new online portal. Go to the Account Creation section for details on how to do this.

Group Fitness
New Group Fitness Timetable & Booking System
When we launch or online portal, our group fitness timetable will be displayed in a live format and bookings will be available via our online portal.
To ensure you continue to have access to book group fitness classes online, we recommend that members set up their account in our new online portal. Go to the Account Creation section for details on how to do this.

Suspensions
Direct Debit and 12-month Paid in Full members are entitled to 28 fee free suspension days and 3-month members are entitled to 7 fee free suspension days per year.
Direct Debit memberships exceeding the 28 day fee free limit will be charged at $4.20 per week (or part thereof) for extra suspension days. This will be billed via your usual Direct Debit method.
Suspension requests must be submitted via our online Suspension Form in at least seven (7) days prior to the next Direct Debit date.

Cancellation
To cancel your membership you must submit an online Membership Cancellation form at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to the next Direct Debit payment. Cancellation fees will apply if you have been a member for less than 12 months continuously. Cancellation is not complete until you have received written confirmation from our team and any associated fees have been paid. Cancellation fees will apply if you have been a member for less than 12 months continuously.
