Correction: Launceston not involved in airport rates dispute

A story in today's print edition of The Examiner Newspaper has incorrectly named City of Launceston as being involved in a legal dispute over rates at the Launceston Airport.

The City of Launceston is not involved in any legal action against the airport as the facility is located within the Northern Midlands Council municipal area.

It should be noted that the City of Launceston is a 10% owner of the Launceston Airport with majority ownership belonging with Australia Pacific Airport.
