Gorge Restaurant

On 12 December 2024, Council formed the intention to lease the property currently known as the Gorge Restaurant, located within the Cataract Gorge Reserve at 74 Gorge Road, Trevallyn Tasmania 7250, for up to ten years. The property forms part of the land described in Certificate of Title Volume 235401 Folio 1

Members of the public may object to the intended lease until 15 January 2025.

Objections may be lodged in writing addressed to the Chief Executive Officer by email

Council will consider any objections received as part of its future decision making in early 2025. If Council decides to proceed with its intention to lease the property, the decision will identify the approved lessee and the terms upon which such lease will be offered.
