Aquatic Cafe

On 12 December 2024, Council formed the intention to lease the property currently known as Aquatic Cafe, located within the Launceston Leisure and Aquatic Centre at 18a High Street, Launceston, for up to ten years. The property forms part of the land described in Certificate of Title Volume 24640 Folio 1

Members of the public may object to the intended lease until 15 January 2025.

Council will consider any objections received as part of its future decision making in early 2025. If Council decides to proceed with its intention to lease the property, the decision will identify the approved lessee and the terms upon which such lease will be offered.
