To add your photo and logo to the social media and poster Canva templates, simply follow the instructions below.
Note: If you don't have any suitable images, please feel free to access the free Launnie Image Library here. If you don't have a suitable copy of your logo, you can delete this from the template.
Social media tile template instructions
- Open the template via the link available in the Editable Canva Templates tab above.
- Upload your photo(s) and transparent business logo in Uploads on the left-hand side of the page.
- Drag your image on top of the image labelled "Replace this image" in the template. This should now replace the placeholder image with your image.
- Drag your logo from Uploads to the "Insert logo" placeholder. This should now replace that text with your logo. If you wish to delete this element, just select the "Insert logo" section of the template and delete.
Repeat this process if you would like to use more than one template colour.
To export your designs:
- Click the Share button at the top left-hand side of the page.
- Select Download.
- Click on the Select pages menu to select the templates that you've edited and want to export.
- Click the purple Download button.
The designs will now be available in the downloads folder on your device. These will appear in a .zip folder. To extract them, right click on the folder and select Extract All. You will now be able to upload these to your social media pages.
Poster template instructions
- Open the template via the link available Editable Canva Templates tab above.
- Upload your photo(s) and transparent business logo in Uploads on the left-hand side of the page.
- Drag your image on top of the image labelled "Replace this image" in the template. This should now replace the placeholder image with your image.
- Drag your logo from Uploads to the "Insert logo" placeholder. This should now replace that text with your logo. If you wish to delete this element, just select the "Insert logo" section of the template and delete.

To export your designs:

- Select Download.
- Update the File Type to PDF Print.
- Select Flatten PDF.
- Click on the Select pages menu to select the templates that you've edited and want to export.
- Update the Color Profile to CMYK (best for professional printing).
- Click the purple Download button.
The designs will now be available in the downloads folder on your device and available to print.
