Nominations Now Open - Carr Villa’s Top 100 Memorial Songs
Inspired by the Triple J Hottest 100, we’re launching something a little different at Carr Villa Memorial Park this January. Music plays a powerful role in remembrance. A song can hold a memory, tell a story, or instantly connect us to someone we love. Whether it was played at a service, shared on a long drive, or simply reminds you of them, music often stays with us long after.
We’re inviting our community to help us create Carr Villa’s Top 100 Memorial Songs, a collection of songs that carry meaning, memory, and connection, and that may also help others now and into the future when selecting music to honour their loved ones.
How to nominate:
Nominate your song here
Nominations close on 14 January.
From there, we’ll begin counting down the songs, with the number one song shared on Sunday, 25 January.
As a small thank you, everyone who submits a nomination will go into the draw to win a bouquet of flowers valued at $80.
Thank you for taking part and for helping create a thoughtful collection that may guide and support others in the future when choosing music to remember those they love.
