Tasmanian State Heritage

State heritage is an item or place which has significance to the State of Tasmania and its community. These items are listed on the Tasmanian Heritage Register (THR) and protected under the Historic Cultural Heritage Act 1995 which is administered by the Tasmanian Heritage Council.
