Notification of application under Sections 40G & 40H of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993

Draft Amendment PSA-LLP0029 to the Tasmanian Planning Scheme - Launceston Local Provisions Schedule proposes:  

  1. to remove LAU-S10.0 Invermay/Inveresk Flood Inundation Specific Area Plan from the Launceston Local Provisions Schedule;
  2. to remove LAU-S10.0 Invermay/Inveresk Flood Inundation Specific Area Plan from

    the overlay maps;

  3. to insert  LAU-S17 Flood Levee Protected Areas Specific Area Plan into the

    Launceston Local Provisions Schedule

  4. to insert LAU-S17 Flood Levee Protected Areas Specific Area Plan into the overlay

    maps, and

  5. to modify C12.0 Flood-Prone Areas Hazard Code overlay map

The Draft Planning Scheme Amendment documents are available for viewing during normal business hours at the City of Launceston offices from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday at 18-28 St John Street, Launceston.
