Building Surveying Services operate within the City of Launceston, offering a State-wide Building Certification Service for residential, commercial and industrial buildings within our current limitations of up to 3 storeys, and up to 2000m².

We work for you with no contractual obligations or arrangements with any designers or builders.

Our services include;

  • Building Code Assessment Reports
  • Schedule of Maintenance - Prescribed Essential Building Services

We offer a prompt certification service of your submitted plans for the issue of a Certificate of Likely Compliance for notifiable and permit work.

All mandatory inspections will be conducted throughout the building process.

The team can provide advice, but if you have already spoken to or engaged another Building Surveyor all queries must be directed to them.  Only one Building Surveyor can be appointed to a building project.
